Mindful Art

Learn different art genres combined with some mindfulness techniques to help you relax 

Additional information

Mindful Art is where the process is more important then the end result. While you are concentrating on your creativity you should forget all about the everyday stresses of life. Having said this, each session will have a set of learning outcomes and an end product achieved for all.  


During each session there will be guided meditations to awaken creativity and to relax and calm your mind. Each session will cover a different art style from drawing and watercolour to printing and clay modelling and more. The sessions will be a mixture of traditional art styles and creative crafting too. 

 

These sessions are open to everyone whether you are a total novice or experienced artist. 


Refreshments are provided for all the sessions too. Come and relax, channel your inner creativity and enjoy the company of others.
